Daily Duties at Interface Security :

Resolve all purchase order issues and coordinate with the accounts payable department to process invoices. Manage and analyze all communication for purchase orders with vendors. Analyze all vendor invoices and evaluate it with quantity received. Develop and implement all purchasing instructions, policies, and procedures. Determine which vendors can deliver products, materials and supplies to keep inventory low. Maintain records of all purchase orders and all documents processed Maintain knowledge on all open orders and it's status. Provide assistance to all purchasing staff.
