Credited with over $40M in room sales in 2010, and increasing average room rates by 7%. Directed front desk activities and operations, resulting in maximized profitability, high customer satisfaction ratings, and improved workflow efficiency. Maximized revenue and ensured proper rates and inventory through daily updates to Epitome, OPHOS Hotels.com, Expedia.com, Orbitz.com, and FITs, as well as monitored competitor pricing and local market trends and demands. Led and coordinated revenue management trainings for hotel management and guest services teams. Responsible for Manager on Duty (MOD) activities, as needed.
