Over all management of a seven employee billing operation, that billed for over 30,000 anesthesia cases per year and generated over 8 million dollars in revenue. Also was the lead HR person overseeing all recruitment and hiring of anesthesiologists, nurses and office staff. Coordinated all benefit plans offered by the corporation to its employees. Was responsible for all accounting functions. Prepared and process bi-monthly payroll. Worked closely with corporate CPA firm to complete all year end tax returns and related financial statements. Managed three outside anesthesia billing contracts that produced an additional $200,000.00 to the corporation's revenue per year. Assisted in negotiating and executing several anesthesia service contracts that guaranteed income for the corporation in excess of 2 million dollars per year.
