Overall flow and fulfillment of multiple projects equipment/documentation and deliverables. • Observed client’s acquisition of equipment and see where key opportunities can be gained from Clients purchasing through to receiving and how it affects a project schedule. • Liaised with engineering and vendors to procure and ensure the most efficient purchasing to benefit clients. • Built an effective team to meet client’s needs. • Managed and deployed logistics teams to control equipment transitions and share status information between various teams and client. • Clients: AT&T, Directv, ESPN, Warner Brothers, Disney television group
