Daily Duties at Kuebler Builders, Inc.:
Coordinate and oversee the daily construction of multiple hotel projects, to include daily supervision of the Site Superintendents, meetings with subcontractors, owners and design professionals. Preparation and processing of all change requests, change orders, subcontractor requisitions, purchase orders and payment applications. Review and processing of all submittals and shop drawings. Responsible for keeping each project on schedule and under budget.
