Performed daily network administration on 20+ server network including server hardware diagnostics, maintenance and daily backups. Participated in 24/7 monitoring on customer hosted web sites through pager. Maintained & troubleshooted company's System25 Phone system. Performed daily computer setup and training for department-specific software and Microsoft Office suite products.
