Daily Duties at A&W Root Beer Restaurant:

Manage total operation of restaurant. To include calculation of labor hours; food cost analysis; keeping restaurant within profit margin; training; and hiring. Report total daily sales; labor hours used; dollar amount on food waste to corporate office. I would find staff coverage whenever there was a call out. I have excellent customer service skills and sense of urgency to get the job completed in a professional and timely manner. A large percent of my customer service skills have led to acquire returning customers/customer retention. My staff turn-over was very small. Mystery shopper scores were always excellent.
