Daily Duties at Credit Agricole Cib:

I am a successful and experienced professional whose background in purchasing, facilities, office services, security and purchasing/project management is noteworthy. Manage premises esthetics, repairs to furniture and fixtures, as well as, cleaning staff and porter services, building management services support calls and follow-up. I currently support over 1,200 employees in the continental US, Canada and Latin America for purchasing & facilities services. Solicit contractors and vendors to provide requests for proposal (RFP) and requests for quotation (RFQ) for local and national agreements regarding construction, maintenance and repair, equipment capital and leasehold expenses. Provide budgetary forecasts, preparation and management. Oversee a staff of two directly and 20+ onsite service providers. Creating strong customer relationships internal and external is at the center of everything I do as a business support professional. Over the past twenty years, I have supported all aspects of a global financial institution; forged new business relationships, and nurtured existing ones with outstanding results.
