Developed, executed and managed advertising and public relations strategies to support brand positioning and optimize customer preference, revenue and growth for Hotel, Casino, Restaurants, Special Events and Group Sales. Managed efforts with both internal and external partners to develop messaging and tactics for reaching key target audiences utilizing print, radio, television, internet, direct mail, billboard and property collateral. Acted as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to understand strategies and objectives of the overall marketing plan, promotions and brand specific activities. Managed creative agencies, providing oversight and direction on the development of creative to ensure appropriate brand strategy and positioning. Managed media agencies to ensure that the strategic direction of the media plan was aligned with the marketing communication plan. Ensured the communication and advertising strategies were a cohesive message that supported overall branding strategy. Developed local and national media sponsorships that resulted in mutually beneficial added value programs for all parties. Responsible for developing and monitoring seven million dollar annual advertising budget. Evaluated consumer research regarding market trends and market reaction.
