Daily Duties at Seneca Gaming Corp:

Developed, executed and managed Seneca Gaming’s integrated advertising strategy to support brand positioning and optimize customer preference, revenue and growth for three Four Diamond hotel and casino properties. Supervised advertising, multi-media and public relations departments. Worked with internal and external partners to develop messaging and tactics for reaching key target audiences utilizing traditional, digital and social media outlets. Other responsibilities included: acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to understand strategies and objectives of the overall marketing plan, promotions and brand specific activities; managed creative agencies, providing oversight and direction on the development of creative to ensure appropriate brand strategy and positioning; negotiated successful corporate sponsorships that provided strong partnerships with local community business leaders; developed mutually beneficial relationships with local and national media outlets; and managed media agencies to ensure that strategic direction of the media plan was aligned with the marketing communication plan. Ensured the communication and advertising strategies were a cohesive message that supported overall corporate branding strategy for Casino, Hotel, Restaurants, Spa, Group Sales, Entertainment, Customer Loyalty programs, Asian Marketing and On-line Gaming. Managed nine million dollar annual media budget across seven markets in Canada, New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
