Provided office support to CFO, 2 2nd VPs, Directors and Managers of department, developed and maintained Regional President Report Book for Executives of Travelers, supported various Executives in various departments as needed, supported Accounting Manager with yearly budget preparation, maintained Time Off database for all employees, assisted in maintaining Filenet system for all Agent insurance contracts, assisted in processing year-end commission for all Agents who sell Travelers insurance, maintained calendar for CFO and 2nd VPs, assisted in input of confidential bank information for electronic enrollment for Agents, coordinated all travel arrangements for all Managers, created various Power Point, Word, and Excel presentations for Managers, extraordinarily proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
