Organized and processed all co-op requests for sales team, increased co-op value for $0 to $100,000 by researching various product co-op plans to apply towards client's advertising bill, crested proposals for a team of 5 Account Executives, co-developed "Telefest" marketing strategy for showcasing and recruiting new advertisers, participated in various AT&T marketing promotions, performed other duties as assigned by Manager, Employee of the Month, November 1998; September 1999.
