Joined a start-up management team formed to shift from 3rd party service to self-managed operations. Work¬ing at both the corpo¬rate HQs and within Gulf of Mexico and Eastern regions, developed people, facility, equipment and opera¬tional processes, controls and systems to gain cost and efficiency synergies, and improve performance. Led teams of up to 12 people and managed 11 facilities/operations generating $28M in annual revenue.
