Daily Duties at Hapag Lloyd Ag:

Recruited into US/Americas operations of a global company as a member of a 4-person leadership team consolidating and centraliz¬ing the East Area, the largest domestic business unit. Initiate and lead short-term and long-range strategic plans and tactics to accelerate revenue, enhance service and improve work processes and optimize people and capital resources. Manage 14 managers and 65+ employees in 2 geographically dispersed locations, direct a $5.5M operating/capital budgets and report to the US Division Senior Vice President.
