Daily Duties at Dayton Freight Lines :
Managed all aspects of facility operations including sales management, business growth, and vendor relationships, ensuring quality customer service and meeting operational requirements. Supervised production, budgeting, invoice approval, and P&L management. Directed facility and equipment maintenance and ordering, establishing processes to propel public facility improvements (PFI). Managed each terminal as single entity based on P & L. Launched centers in St. Louis, Springfield, Sikeston, and Columbia, Missouri, and in Salem, Illinois. Traveled weekly to various centers. Supervised 14 direct reports and 85 additional employees.
