Daily Duties at Central Transport International:
Administered all facets of break (hub) operation in St. Louis along with 8 end line facilities feeding into hub. Oversaw all production, budgeting, P&L management, and customer service issues. Ensured timely facility and equipment maintenance. Monitored equipment ordering, approval of invoices, and vendor contracts. Provided leadership to end lines regarding load factor and integrity, OB dock operations and cut times, LH drivers, and customer issues. Directed sales and operations including design of PFI processes. Oversaw hiring, employee discipline, and necessary firings.
