Daily Duties at Yusuf Al Ghanim & Sons W.L.L:

Hold full management responsibilities including P&L accountability for a comprehensive portfolio of major domestic appliances targeting multiple business channels. Report to Director of Category Management. Direct a 7-member team of Managers, Supervisors and Analysts. Manage a mix of 15 international brands and 2 in-house brands at various price points. Set and manage annual budgets. Monitor pricing and profit daily, adjusting for seasonality, market trends, and competitor activity. Use SAP and Business Objectives to monitor and maintain statistical data for management presentation and review.
