Successfully managed & enhanced overall performance of hospice program including: developing and expanding sales & revenue performance, marketing & clinical expenses, contract negotiations, ethics & compliance to CMS guidelines, & patient and family services. Tasked with achieving monthly admission, revenue, labor & productivity goals. Managed 50+ employees & over 30 volunteers. Directly oversee Sales, Clinical, Business & Volunteer Managers, Medical Director, and Team Physicians.
