Daily Duties at Precision Auto Care, Inc.:

My role at Precision Tune was as Corporate Counsel, where I managed risk for the company as well as performing routine legal tasks. My responsibilities included negotiating, writing, reviewing, summarizing, researching and executing a wide variety of agreements for the company. Everyday I reviewed or drafted franchise agreements, marketing agreements, asset purchase and sale agreements, real estate leases, confidentiality agreements, and other general business contracts both domestically and internationally. I was hired to handle the legal aspects of our franchised locations, however, in addition to this, I also ended up handling our company owned centers. I knew I was successful when I received numerous positive performance appraisals and raises and bonuses.
