Supported five (5) manufacturing sites in Puerto Rico, and ten (10) spread throughout Central and South America involved in manufacturing and sales. Functioned as Team Leader and Individual Contributor, managing teams of over 25 members and budgets ranging up to $3M, engaging internal and external players as required.
