Daily Duties at Puerto Rico Aqueducts & Sewer Authority :
Created and direct IT team comprised of IT Professional, Field Technicians and Office Support personal (30+ FTEs). This Section complements called PRANF, PRASA’s, Customer Service Business, and IT Division. The unit supports over 250 employees, 6 regional offices, with a budget of $12M, and responsible for $65M of new income per year. The team supports this sister organization in the areas of reduction of Non-Revenue Water (NRW), Income Optimization and Customer Geo-Referencing. In addition, I also severed as SME for Facility Electronic Surveillance and Vehicular Tracking projects. In performance of these responsibilities applied various disciplines and technologies, such as; Industrial Engineering (Six Sigma), Business Intelligences, Process Re-engineering, Programming Services and contract management. Supporting technologies used; HP Blades, SAN, Cisco, Symbol PDAs , Microsoft Suite (SQL Server, Analysis and Reporting Services, .NET, PDA SW , Share Point, and EXCEL-Power Pivot), ArcMap, Oracle, and SAP ISU.
