Daily Duties at Central Texas College:

Managed and coordinated test administration and scheduling at Camp Arifjan Military Installation for military personnel and civilians in accordance with Army Continuing Education and DANTES standards • Maintained test-related records, updated GOARMY education records for military personnel and maintained test progression files and documents • Coordinated and published monthly testing calendar to accommodate military and civilian exam administration needs and demand as well as supported shared educational resources for the educational community providing program enhancement and partnering for north and south camps’ monthly calendar for all testing programs. • Performed qualitative and quantitative analyzed to determine test performance result by examination category. Resulting in improved administration of test instruments. • Trained military personnel on academic resources and counseled in career development. • Developing acquisition strategies and directing or managing procurement for test instrument procurement proposals to upgrade test administration from paper-based to computer-based: evaluation of materials, equipment, system configuration and cost for integration and execution at the education center. • Used formal advertising to procure and acquire supplies or services in support of the education center. • Develop, prepare, and present statement of work terms and conditions in bids or request for proposals related to the award of contracts. • Performed research of manuals and catalogs, stating summary notes from discussions with manufacturer’s representatives or requisitioning sources to identify and initiate corrective actions required for automated testing system. • Facilitated effective communication plan between with suppliers, vendors, and government representatives for contract administration. • Executed Education Center promotion and marketing efforts, career days, job fairs and recreational events planning, which resulted in improved utilization of educational resources by both military personnel and civilians at six military installations.
