Provided direct support at Camp Arifjan and Buehring military installations for the planning, development, formulating, and administration of the KBOSS contractor Quality Management System. • Promoted quality best policies, procedures and practices as a Quality ‘Champion,’ to improved contract performance and efficiency. • Utilized contract statement of work, technical specification and requirements to implement policies and procedures for verifying and validating audits, audit findings, conformance, nonconformance and contractual compliance for functional and operational areas in the contract. • Developed relationships with key project stakeholders utilizing effective communication plans with internal/external staff, customers and clients facilitating results in mission compliance and continuous improvement process resulting in customer satisfaction. • Received Project Manager’s Coin of Excellence in acknowledgement of exceptional performance and KBOSSS support to the contractor and government customer. • Performed qualitative and quantitative analyzed to review contract work performance trends and provide recommendations for preventive and corrective actions for contractual discrepancies. • Analyzing and reviewing of cost proposal for procurement as related to various functional areas for contractual compliance, federal regulation compliance and risk analysis for project integration, execution and success. • Performed acquisition prioritization planning of goods and services necessary for efficient and effective operation of the organization. • Reviewed and analyzed financial reports, price proposals, and other contract related data and/or information to calculate reasonable price. • Facilitated and performed simplified and complex contracting for procurement best practices used to obtain goods and services using the federal acquisitions (FAR) and acquisition guidelines, requirements and supplements. • Facilitated effective communication plan between with suppliers, vendors, and government representatives for contract administration. • Oversight of the Document Control - engaged internal documents, data and records control of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) as well as audits for review, revisions and approvals to ensure Management objectives, Contractual and ISO standards compliance.
