Daily Duties at Gre Insurance Group:
• Directed the office management and support services of over 15 locations. • Developed and negotiated a comprehensive records management program leading to a projected cost savings for GRE of over $1 million. • Managed GRE’s Corporate Travel Program and Corporate Fleet program of over 350 vehicles including ensuring that vehicles were properly inspected, insured, repaired, and available. • Negotiated with leasing companies for acquiring vehicles when needed. • Reduced expenses through the proper allocation of resources. • Monitored budget expenses for the Travel and Fleet programs.
