Site Finish Coordinator for high end mainframes responsible for plating and painting decorative and quality requirements, auditing finisher and qualifying new suppliers for powder coating, conductive painting, plastic plating, metal plating, and passivation. Also liaison for material qualifications for logos, labels, adhesives, conductive fabric shielding, acoustical foam, molded plastics, sheet metal assemblies and new raw materials. Worldwide team lead for audit and qualification requirements across all mechanical commodities and server brands. Supported setup of metrology lab through establishing processes and running and maintaining laser measurement tool. Executed first article inspection qualifications for hundreds of parts. Qualified hundreds of tools and at least a thousand prints or more. Supported 6+ mainframe qualifications with capability studies, tooling qualifications for soft and hard tooled sheet metal, injection plastic molds, conductive plastic and elastomer materials as well as many other commodities.
