Daily Duties at Alcatel Lucent, Inc.:
Manage 4-Tier worldwide Help Desk for RF post-processing, design and optimization tools. Expert in RF technologies, including LTE, Small Cells, VoLTE, VoIP, 3G1x, 1xEV-DO, UMTS, GSM. Analyze and troubleshoot post-processing issues for drive test data and network data sources related to software setup & configuration, OMP/OMC data collection via UNIX scripts and data processing on Windows-based computers. Troubleshooted and resolved issues for data availability, data collection and data processing. Analyzed data to determine network issues related to user dropped calls, power requirements, neighbor lists and coverage area issues. Responsible for monitoring daily data collection and processing of OMP/OMC/eNodeB raw data and re-processing missing data as needed. Updated local market cell site information as needed. Worked with Development on quarterly software releases on UNIX servers via stopping/restarting server processes and updating related configuration files. Proficient in various RF diagnostic tools (NiXT, QCAT, LLDM, NEMO) used in conjunction with company's software tools. Systems Engineer for new software features, modification requests, enhancement requests. Systems Tester for main releases, point releases, alpha releases and beta releases. Project Management Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting, Controlling & Closing knowledge. Network Administrator for software build servers and test computers (Windows NT, 2000 and XP). Provided weekly, monthly and yearly reports to Systems Engineering and Development teams that provided explanation and recommendations for improvement based on user's tool-related issues. Administer software Distribution Lists and User Lists. Organize and instruct periodic training classes on software tools. Participate in company’s ISO certification, monthly Diversity events, and Training courses (40 hours/year). Experience in Windows Operating Systems (7, XP, 2000, NT), UNIX and Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
