Daily Duties at Dynacare Laboratories:
Managed all laboratory billing and accounts receivable processes, including but not limited to data entry of test orders, invoicing to insurance/HMO carriers, invoicing to clients (Physicians’ offices) and payment application to accounts, customer service, financial reports/month end reporting, hiring/coaching/mentoring and performance management.
