Project Engineer, supplier designed products with supervision of 10 direct reports. Interfaced with purchasing, product development to establish the design, performance & reliability criteria. This position supported supplier product design, test and anufacturing engineering activities.to meet Woodward’s design criteria; Planned, established, & managed the project cost and timing. Coordinate strategic planning and implementation with purchasing & quality for the supplier's long term agreements. Evaluated field failures and implemented corrective actions
