Daily Duties at Sodexo:
Ensure on-time, accurate payroll processing and benefit deductions for 150,000 employees across multiple states union and non-union; handle final compensation payout for unit closings. Draft written communication to employees regarding payroll changes, issues, and discrepancies; promptly respond to questions and concerns. Prepare various spreadsheets, reports, vouchers, and tax filings; assist with accounts payables /receivables, and bookkeeping; process wire transfers and reconcile wire transfer account. Review employee documentation and maintain records, including Social Security Administration database. Advise management of payroll and other issues impacting regulatory compliance.
