Daily Duties at Unilock :

Hired to steer strategic direction of Unilock Paving Stones in face of growing competition. Maintain decision making authority of North and Mid Atlantic Territories with a total budget of 14 million dollars and managing 15 direct reports. Accountable for P&L, operations, internal and external customer relationship management, capital investment, new product development, HR, Finance Sales and Marketing Prepared, implemented, and ensured achievement of annual sales plan to senior managers and expense budget in addition to developing direct reports, assessed performance, resolve personnel issues, hired and fired underperforming employees, developed a strong sales team environment through high expectations, motivating sales representatives, ensuring accountability and established a high level of communication between all divisions.  Grew revenues by 23% and drove EBITDA from $11M to $14M over a two year period  Established exclusive relationships with the largest concrete companies which led to an increase of $3M in revenue  Launched first East Coast Bi Lingual contractor training seminars that increased the customer base by 30%  Captured the high end home owner with a new idea to selling paving stones which increased out close ratio by 20 %
