● Monitoring changes in statutes, regulations, and other sources of law ● Interpreting changes in federal and state tax law, presenting key findings, and made recommendations to upper management ● Reviewing documents prepared by external departments for tax law accuracy ● Working with Tax Change Analysis team to interpret the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) impact on existing law and policies ● Drafting and publishing content providing guidance on the ACA and its tax/policy implications ● Answering technical legal questions submitted by tax professionals regarding commercial and business tax law, and the ACA
