Created and modified reports from the PeopleSoft general ledger and projects modules based on documented requirements provided by both the general ledger and project finance departments. Planned, implemented, tested, documented, and maintained Allocation, Billing and related subsystems using internally created COBOL programs and DCL processes on DEC VAX and ALPHA midrange computer systems. Understood business processes and the customer’s business requirements and translated them to specific software requirements. Effectively communicated with internal teams to deliver functional requirements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting practices and the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
