Daily Duties at Midwest Investors Group, Inc. Dba Metro Staffing:
With being with the company from 2001 to 2012, managed and organized regional activities through directing the staff for each office in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business through managing the internal staff and partnering with our clients while achieving sales goal. Supervise the payroll process and billing for each state, created marketing plans to increase profitability, manage cost, training of staff and ensured the maintenance of each office’s budget. Assist in creating policy for the Company at large and assist in meeting company wide sales goals. Create brand awareness of the Company through public speaking, community events as well as local organizations.
