Daily Duties at Hope In Home Care:

Responsibilities includes directing the patient experience efforts and external clients via phone and/or in person. Provide customer service and problem resolution support, such as researching and resolving complex questions and problems by telephone and email. Conduct needed training programs and classes regarding systems and processes to improve and maintain staff knowledge base as it relates to Customer Service. Implement training and mentoring for new staff for Patient Services. Lead and direct patient experience initiatives throughout the organization. Maintains cooperative and effective workplace relationships and adheres to company Code of Conduct. Provide leadership and be a point of contact for patient experience and service with comprehensive knowledge of all patient experience. Identifies opportunities for patient experience improvement, and facilitates implementation of new practices, serve as content expert and active team member on process improvement projects, provides learning and development opportunities for employees to deliver exceptional customer service.  Assist in HR efforts for the organization by identifying qualified candidates such as Nurses and Executive level candidates. Screen, conduct interviews and offer recommendations of best candidates. Community outreach to organizations that support Seniors to gain valuable partnerships.
