Daily Duties at Pseg :
Provides leadership on overall planning and scheduling of all site maintenance and execution of all site outages. Accountable for scope, plan, and schedule all on-line maintenance and outage work implemented at a power generation station.Responsible for daily supervision, monitoring, and coaching of 4-6 professional associates. Responsible for oversight of 20-100 multi-disciplined workforce comprised of technical & engineering associates, supervisors, represented or non-represented craft associates, contractors, suppliers and A-local workforce during outages.
