Daily Duties at Rx Biosciences Inc.:
-Planning and executing projects related to phage-display technology including construction and screening of peptide, cDNA, ScFv and Fab antibody libraries, expression and purification of antibodies and other protein candidates of therapeutic nature in a GLP accredited facility. Supervising genomics services such as cloning, NGS, genechip hybridization and analysis, construction of cDNA and genomic libraries in wide range of vectors including fosmid, cosmid, BAC, YAC, Gateway, retroviral and two-hybrid system. To perform budgeting, write grant proposals and project summary reports and prepare the technical documents required both for publication and patenting.
