Startup & Register Mobiserve Branches in East Africa (Burundi, Tanzania, Uganda) •Responsible for office & engineers house rent •Responsible for Project Initiating & Executing •Determining & hiring HR head counts & team members •Responsible for budgeting , cash flow & expenses •Responsible for all bank transactions, invoicing , RFQ & RFP •Get feedback and develop programs with current customers to expand current business. •Develop a profile diversification plan to add different diverse activities to the company. •Support PMO office on specific strategic project as per management decision
