led day to day maintenance activities in motor plant; developed P.M. program. Promoted to facility manager in Sept. 1990. Responsible for maintenance in other two plants and front offices. Responsible for all contracts for outside services; all utilities for entire facility, including water and sewer plants, 15KV electrical distribution, natural gas and propane. Responsible for all new construction from planning to working with engineers to produce bidding documents; requested bids and awarded contracts; provided construction management. Heavily involved in environmental and safety.
