Researched software, developed manuscripts, rewrote unclear and complex sections. Edited how-to computer titles, Frommer's travel guides, Complete Idiot's guides, animal books, reference books (e.g., The New York Public Library Desk Reference). Contributing author, New Riders' Complete Internet Guide. Received several mentions in the authors' Acknowledgements page for successfully guiding the authors and developing books; as well as correcting grammar, punctuation, and thoroughness of coverage. Managed approximately 50 book projects per year from rough draft to final product: Developed manuscripts with authors; coordinated with technical editors; worked with production staff to produce screen shots and illustrations; consulted with art department to produce fluid, effective book design; verified quality produced by page-layout staff.
