Daily Duties at Damon Corporation:
Began as chassis purchaser (kept this even when VP, as it ran so smoothly) and became head facilitator in company wide employee involvement program. Evolved into HR Director, then VP of HR. Reported to President/GM, and was responsible for all aspects of HR.
