Daily Duties at Vision Quest National:

Managed, supervised and oversaw all Quality Assurance departments at all facilities, camps, or residential treatment centers. I was responsible for all internal auditing, creating audit indicators, benchmarking, and measuring compliance with all contractual, federal, state, and accreditation requirements. Responsible for start-up contractual RFP awards, including writing and implementing all SOP's, employee training manual and programs, and implementing systems (or creating management information systems, automation, or manual systems) to comply with all deliverables, quality indicators, standards, and company benchmarks. Created and maintained all service deliverables (forms, treatment plans, etc.) Company liaison to all external auditing efforts, contractual audits and evaluations, licensing, accreditations, surveys, and any cohort complaints, employee investigations, including fraud. Created the company's Corporate Compliance Program and implemented most initiatives, including new internal controls, new MIS Reports or systems, new auditing techniques or audits, reviews, including tracking and monitoring of all corrective action plans, sanctions, or similar results.
