Conduct initial baseline assessments for current compliance thresholds, assess internal controls, monitoring mechanisms, and quality initiatives to create corporate compliance programs that initiate internal controls and auditing. Create corporate wide comprehensive, program evaluation tools including benchmarking, standards, and outcomes based on competitive industry indicators and quality thresholds. Weekly assessment of quality indicators, including employee productivity with minimum requirements, specifically with evaluation of quality indicators, analysis of process, and internal monitoring for deliverables. Created monitoring database for evaluation of several indicators based on legal, government, or contractual requirements. Complete all external auditing, evaluations, and fraud investigations.
