Daily Duties at Kaiser Permanente:
Developed, deployed and maintained two Access 2003 databases and recently migrated data from these into one newly developed and deployed Access 2010 database for use by 25 staff in the Geriatric and Long Term Care Department. Using Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word and Publisher, produce a variety of monthly and ad hoc reports and presentations. Create and manage daily and monthly visit schedules for 12 clinicians who provide on-site care to the frail and elderly within a variety of community care settings. Utilize Epic Health Connect electronic recordkeeping system, including Cadence and Tapestry for scheduling and referral processing.
