Daily Duties at Nv Energy Tracy Power Station:
•Provided Front-line supervision for twelve Electrical and Instrument & Control Technicians for 1000Mw power station •Plan, schedule, budget, and oversee execution of external diesel generator maintenance team of three technicians Conduct daily safety tailboard meetings Participate in weekly work planning and scheduling meetings Develop job plans and work orders including job safety analysis for all maintenance activities Maintain equipment database in computerized maintenace management system (CMMS) Create, revise and update preventive maintenance schedule and tasks for power plant equipment based on OEM recommendations Coordinate contractor support services to facilitate plant asset maintenance Lead root cause analysis (RCA) to effectively identify resolution to safety issues and equipment failures Oversee Management of Change (MOC) program including document control
