Daily Duties at Horiba Medical:

• Documented complaints to report to FDA weekly; prepare and present reports to the director and communicate with the headquarters in France. • Generated and analyzed financial reports and charts on a weekly and monthly basis. • Prepared monthly strategy dashboard and Governance presentation with analysis of results. • Performed trend analysis and flow charts to draw conclusions to operate efficiently. • Responsible for updating and maintain documents for the governance of the organization. • Administered Quality Management System (QMS) training records and coordinate with managers to ensure employee-training records are up to date. • Maintained Design History Files (DHF), Device History Records (DHR), Device Master Records (DMR), complaint logs, corrective action logs, and supplier evaluation files. • Provided expertise in Microsoft products; document preparation, spreadsheets and graphs as needed. • Coordinated and set up high-level conference calls, board and management meetings and travel arrangements for top executives. • Maintained a strong and effective working relationship with all levels of management and external representatives, developing a reliable network of resources to facilitate service excellence initiatives.
