Daily Duties at Lime Caribbean:
Conduct meetings with customers and their technical team to analyze their telecoms needs. Transform these request into a workable solution Solutions sometimes are single systems or multiple systems that are part of a wide are network that have to be programmed to communicate across the network. My responsibility was to ensure that the configuration matches the customer needs then acquire equipment from vendor for implementation. I coordinate the installation process to ensure that minimal downtime is experienced during replacement or upgrades. So I prepare the installation schedule to mitigate against this. I also offer a hands on approach in the database programming and assist in physical installation of these PBX system. After an installation I am the liaison to ensure customer satisfaction and first days support. I also provide technical support the maintenance team when there is a failure to any of these system that require my expertise.
