Daily Duties at Aetna:
Provide day to day oversight of operational duties within the precertification department. Complete staff evaluations and timely performance evaluations. Develop and initiate employee performance improvement plans. Facilitate and supervise ongoing development and educational requirements of the Pre-Certification staff.
