• Supervised over a staff of 14 employees within a high production • Hiring, training and supervising of staff both in the professional and support areas of the company or office. • Supervision of title operations, escrow operations and administrative staff. • Developed and maintained new and existing relationships with various real estate agents, brokers • Networking with real estate professionals, bank officers, brokers and Mortgage company officials to expand the client base and advertise services in a highly competitive real estate market in the Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland area • Thoroughly explain legal documents to clients who are selling and buying properties in English and Spanish simultaneously • Assisted in Sales Contract preparation and revision for clients • Organized documents for court recording • Prepared checks for disbursement • Balanced, closed and disbursed transactions funds with brokers and buyers/ • Sellers.
