Daily Duties at Edmond Scientific:

• Coordinated all aspects of trade show and event-related logistics including; pre-planning, show services, marketing materials, contract negotiations, accommodations, transportation, badge registrations, on-site services, technical services, budget management • Oversaw set-up & teardown of booth and equipment • Coordinated pre-show meetings to communicate trade show events in accordance with objectives and marketing strategies • Identify venues for corporate events. Worked closely with facility contractors to ensure all orders were received; negotiated rates to fall within budgeted guidelines • Identified trade show staff needs; managed staff and the booth during shows; ensured demos were conducted, agenda was met, and booth rules were followed • Managed staff, volunteers, sponsors/exhibitors, speakers, attendees and vendors to ensure the most memorable and effective trade shows possible • Managed annual conferences, work breakfasts, luncheons, receptions and meetings • Traveled to all trade shows and events
