Daily Duties at George Mason University:

•Managed and trained 10-15 employees on the Student Accounts system, financial services, basic accounting principles, conflict management skills, and the department website •Implemented, developed and designed training efforts for new employees by tailoring the curriculum to their learning style which decreased our training program from 1 month to 2 weeks •Generated reports analyzing over 30, 000 accounts to reconcile the system on a weekly basis •Processed over 1,000 application of payments twice a year to ensure funding is placed appropriately •Communicated payment plan options in-person, by phone, and across email averaging under 3 minutes per client •Coordinated with over 20 departments to rectify complicated financial concerns to benefit our clients and close out issues quickly
